What's the difference between a Xorbee Sack Chairs™ and a Bean Bag Chair?

Often times people don’t know what to call these huge poofy looking bean bag chairs...but they are ANYTHING BUT a normal bean bag! Many people have been to the mall and have visited the stores that sell a competing product to our called Love Sacs * but they still aren't sure exactly what they are. You may ask yourself, are these just very large bean bag chairs at a much higher cost???? To help you understand, we will point out the three main differences between Simply Sack Chairs, bean bags and other foam bag chairs on the market. These are the Most Important Differences…

Foam:

Foam quality, volume, and mixture is the reason for Xorbee Sack Chairs™ extreme comfort and long lasting durability! Xorbee Sack Chairs™ are made with a special blend of chopped polyurethane foam instead of the hard styro-foam beads found in bean bag chairs. We use high quality furniture grade foam that is the most comfortable foam on the market. We have just the right mix of heavy and light foam to provide you with the most comfortable sack available. It is firm enough to hold you in the perfect position, but not so hard that it is lumpy and overly rigid. All of our current competitors use lower quality foam and as a result you will find large chunks of rock hard foam inside the sack. Something some customers find pretty interesting is that foam is created in a similar process to baking bread. Most companies take this 'loaf' of foam and just chop the foam up and use 100% of what was 'cooked'. This is to reduce foam costs and also labor costs of separating the bad foam (hard crusty foam) from the GOOD foam (ultra soft Comfy foam).

At Xorbee Sack Chairs™ , the foam 'crust' is pitched and only the soft/comfy foam is retained and used. This is one of the most common complaints that people have when they purchase our competitor's bags and later switch to the Xorbee Sack Chair™ . They pay $550 for an overpriced 6 foot sack at the mall, take it home and discover that as they are breaking up the foam, they come across very hard chunks of foam. You will never find hard chunks of foam in a Xorbee Sack Chair™ . One other great thing about our Furniture Grade Foam foam is that it has a 'memory' which means it always goes back to its original shape. Styrofoam beads compress over time and will also leak out of the bag resulting a product that is useless after only several months.

Size:

Probably the most obvious difference is how Huge Xorbee Sack Chairs™ are. The sheer size of our products dwarfs any bean bag on the market. Our sizes start out at the 3 ft Snugglebuggle (about twice the size of a standard bean bag on the market) and goes up to the HUGE 8 foot bag (bigger than a KING SIZE BED). The 5 foot Gamin’ Sack is great for one large adult or two small adults and works very well in college dorm rooms and apartments. Can I buy just a cover?

When purchasing your Xorbee Sack Chair™ you can choose from a variety of colors offered in our super durable twill fabric or our luxurious micro suede. Don’t forget, unlike a couch, you can always decide someday to purchase an additional Xorbee Sack Chair™ cover to match a new decorating style.

Can I wash the cover?

Yes you can. In order to wash the cover you will need to first remove it from the foam bag (we hope this is an obvious suggestion). Next, turn it inside out and zip it shut to avoid having the open zipper damage the material. Select “cold water” and machine wash. We recommend washing your Xorbee Sack Chair™ cover by itself and line drying. However some people choose to tumble dry with low or no heat.
Another great feature you will get with EVERY Xorbee Sack Chair™ comes with an inner liner (which comes with a security zipper.) The zipper on the liner is sewed on upside-down and has a fabric tab which covers the Lock Zipper Pull to prevent small children or pets from gaining access to the foam. While some competitors cut costs and don’t include a liner, and others offer it as an expensive option, Xorbee Sack Chairs™ ships every sack with its own liner. The liner enables you to Simply unzip the outer cover and put it in the washing machine. All the outer covers can be machine washed in cold water. The important thing to remember when washing your cover is to make sure you completely re-zip the cover closed before putting it into the washing machine. This is to ensure nothing gets caught in the washing machine which could result in damage to your cover. It is recommended that you air dry the covers however they can also be put in the dryer and tumble dried on low. (Again, make sure to completely zip your cover up before putting in the washing machine or dryer)

Does my foam furniture come with a warranty?

All Xorbee Sack Chairs™ furniture comes with a 3 year warranty against any manufacturer defects. We are committed to providing quality foam furniture! All of our products are designed for comfort, style and durability. All Xorbee Sack Chairs™ have been tested for quality assurance so we can stand behind our products with confidence. This is one of the BEST warranties offered throughout the whole foam bag chair industry. Many other companies don’t offer any warranty or offer a VERY LIMITED warranty which requires that you have all the original packaging, register your product with them or require you to send the product back to be inspected before fixing the issue or deeming it was not under warranty. Some companies use gimmicks such as 'two or three lifetime' warranties which really make no sense but sound appealing to the buyer. The reality is that we stand behind our products and often times have customers come to us wanting to purchase a liner or cover from our company because our competitor will not uphold their warranties.

We want customers to be confident that if something happens to their Xorbee Sack Chair™ , they are covered...literally! Xorbee Sack Chairs™ are manufactured to last a long time and something that distinguishes a Xorbee Sack Chair™ from any other foam bag chair on the market is the quality! All seams are double stitched to ensure a very strong seam that won't rip or tear. Our products have been tested with the roughest children and teens and we very rarely have a cover that needs to be replaced. However, on the rare occasion that the cover does fail at the seam, the cover will be repaired free of charge or a new cover will be sent to replace it. Our products very rarely fail however customers often are amazed at how quickly we do resolve issues when they do arise.

Shipping and Delivery

What shipping carrier do you use?
We ship all of our foam furniture exclusively using FedEx Ground shipping to keep our prices as low as possible.

How long will it take to receive my foam furniture?
Most orders will ship within 5 business days from when the order is placed and the payment received. Shipping time will take between 2 to 6 days depending on the destination.

Can I track my package? Can I track my order when it's on the way to me?
Your order can be tracked both online and on the phone. To make sure you receive your tracking numbers, please ensure that you input your correct e-mail address when checking out. This email address will be used by Fedex’s online shipping system which will notify you when we ship your order. You will be provided with a tracking number via e-mail from FedEx giving you detailed tracking information including the expected delivery date. Sometimes your email filters can trap these messages so if you feel that your item has already been shipped and have not received a tracking number, please send an email to orders@simplysackchairs.com and include your order number provided on your invoice.
The Fedex system gives you real time information on your shipment. Please note this e-mail is not sent to you until several hours after the package leaves our facility (that evening). It may take up to a day for FedEx to have the tracking number into their system so please give it a day before contacting us about the tracking numbers not working correctly.

Do you deliver to residential addresses?
Absolutely!

Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes?
Sorry, we are unable to ship our packages to P.O. Boxes.

Do you deliver to APO addresses?
Yes!!! We are happy to work with customers in shipping to APO addresses. We work with the USPS on these orders, and it sometimes takes longer for you to receive your Xorbee Sack Chair™ , but we believe it is worth the wait.

I didn’t receive any email confirmation of my order?
Every order we process for one of our huge bean bags is automatically sent an Order Confirmation to the email address provided on the order. You didn’t receive one? First thing to do is check the “bulk” or “spam” folder of your email account. If you don’t find it in one of these folders, it’s gone forever. Nope! Just kidding, Simply send customer service an email at orders@SimplySackChairs.com with the subject “Resend Order Confirmation #(your order #). After sending the request, make sure your spam filters allow email coming from orders@SimplySackChairs.com.
If for some strange reason you are still unable to receive the order confirmation simply contact customer service and ask for one to be mailed or faxed to you the old fashioned way.

What will the charge look like on my credit card statement?
